most coins lack believers — those that are here for months and not minutes. we want to reward believers — all while enabling founders to raise further capital. there exists no formalized OTC market for coins below $100m and so on. it's a fragmented space. this is a stab at solving for a part of it.

secondary market

founders can buy upto 10% of their own token at launch as a dev buy & allocate it for secondary markets; a mechanic to OTC your $token to believers at a discount to the current live market cap as long as they decide to undergo a vesting period. the traders can apply for secondary market bids with their own discount & vesting period values, while the founder can accept or reject bids — basis social identity and perceived value.

all proceeds go to founders' treasury, securing runway.
