how it works:

• $book surpasses $5M market cap AND is older than 30 days,

• the token enters an Investment Committee Process by Street Team

• If IC accepts — founder decides equity % allocated to Street's SPV

• In case of an M&A, or Liquidation of Equity, Street SPV receives liquidation proceeds

• Street Governance votes on treatment of Liquidation Proceeds

• If SG votes for "airdrop to $book holders" -> rewards are sent out.
