this is a pool awarding builders shipping regardless of volatility, market conditions, FUD, bull/bear, or narrative shifts. on the 1st of every month, we choose ecosystem projects who receive a retro-active grant for shipping for the past 30 days.

example: in march, if we did $100M in cumulative volume: $200,000 would go to FF. on April 1st, 8 teams are selected for march's FF. they'd get ~$25K each.
