presales (or ICOs) are effective ways for mature companies to raise capital for their company.

Raise

we enable teams to raise anywhere between $50,000 to $10,000,000 depending on their stage, requirement and use of funds. we work with teams to decide the ideal raise structure. teams decide a minimum raise at launch, but can accept more funds in cases of oversubscription — this would impact the presale (and) the starting market cap at TGE. the presale duration can be 24 hours to 7 days.

20% of the presale raise amount goes to seeding the initial liquidity pool when the token launches while the rest 80% is split into 4 equal tranches of performance based distribution.

let's take an example of a team that ends up accepting $1M in presale raise for 50% leading to a $2M market cap ICO. team has 35% and initial LP pool is 15%.

• presale raise committed for liquidity pool: $200,000 (20%, standard)

• performance based distribution for $800,000

  • $200K distributed to founder's treasury at ICO ($2M mcap)

  • $200K distributed to founder's treasury at 2x ICO ($4M mcap)

  • $200K distributed to founder's treasury at 4x ICO ($8M mcap)

  • $200K distributed to founder's treasury at 8x ICO ($16M mcap)

the same performance based distribution applies to the team's token allocation — 4 equal tranches based on market cap.

this is designed to hold founders accountable for their funds via alignment with their investors best interests: price go up.

Investors

during a presale, each investor can apply for the presale with minimum $100 to $(presale raise) amount — while choosing a minimum of 4 hours vesting to 90 days. once applied, the founder gets the ability to manually accept or reject each application. you, as an investor, can connect your twitter account and choose a higher vesting period to increase odds of being allocated.

you either get 100% allocated or 100% refunded. there are partial allocations or pro rata right now.

let's take an example of an investor who bids $10,000 for a $500,000 presale.

• investor chooses 7 days vesting period and gets 100% allocated

  • investor will receive 14.28% tokens everyday — a linear vesting strea,

• investor chooses 4 hours but gets 0% allocation

  • you will receive a 100% refund under 24 hours of the presale window closing.

an investor can edit their bid amount and vesting period till presale window closes.

the token will go live under 72 hours from the presale window closing — tokens can be paired to noice, weth or usdc. we accrue 20% protocol fees if token is paired to usdc/weth. we take 0% fees if its paired to noice. tokens can also be an ERC-S coin. noice ecosystem fund gets 2% advisory tokens from team allocation at TGE.
