there are 20-25 good founders with a token on base that have been relentlessly building their projects from the ground up (ie, no VC) on base. we want to help them setup their $token/$noice pairing pools. since clanker, virtuals & zora are 1% pools; we will create a pool with 1% for your $token/$noice as well; but.. 

• 100% of the LP fees goes to you (instead of the 0.6-0.8% you’re getting right now) 

• minimum increase of ~25-50% increase in your revenue  

• give you access to our demo days

  
  

  required from your end:

• $50,000 of your $token to start the new LP. we’d match it with the same amount. ie, the $token/$noice pool would have $100,000 in liquidity on day 0. 

• 1% of your token supply to noice ecosystem fund (vested monthly over 12 months).
