the point of crypto is capital formation. speculation is powerful tool to form capital. a really, really powerful tool — if used well, can 10x your product stats, revenue, runway and distribution on the internet. and distribution is everything when all software will be commoditized.

our mission has 2 pillars:

• enable founders to raise capital, get distribution accelerating pmf or death

• keeping the founder accountable by aligning their outcomes with an investors' outcomes

tokenisation for founders has a ton of obstacles. tokenisation for investors also has a ton of obastacles. it has been a gray area forever — and fell down to exploitation, bad actors, team abandoning projects amongst crypto falling ill to macro tailwinds. it is a hard problem, but there's something that will win the future.
